Eep, that sounded a bit scary... have they been sending that to all their customers, or just the really high-usage ones?

It seems that they are sending it to anyone who has done more than about 600 hours in december. I talked to a nice woman today about cancelling my ihug account ( giving them my 30 days notice ), she was not very helpful, insisting that if I wasn't using it for business purposes, I would have no problems.
After asking to be changed to a different person, I eventually got to someone who would let me give them my 30 days notice. I will be either arranging a cable modem connection, or preferably a microwave link to work.
Ihug have had a connection to WIX for a couple of weeks at least now.
